Woman getting back massage

How to book an appointment online using my Ovatu booking system

  1. Find a Massage Treatment to Suit Your Needs

Browse through the various massage treatments offered. If you’re not sure which treatment type you require, refer to my treatment menu section where you’ll find more comprehensive details on the massage services I offer. Choose the one that best suits your needs.

  2. Pick a Date and Time

After selecting a massage treatment type, you’ll be presented with a calendar displaying available dates and times which can be be booked online. Select an available date and time slot that works best for your schedule.

  3. Enter Your Details

To complete your booking, you’ll need to provide various contact details such as your name, email address, and telephone number. This information helps me to identify you and get in touch with you about your booking if needed.

  4. Confirm Your Online Booking

Before finalising your booking, take a moment to review all the details you have entered. Make sure the date, time, and massage treatment type are correct. Once you’re confident that everything is accurate use the Confirm button to secure your appointment.

  5. Deposit Payment

You will need to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking, via the PayPal payment gateway (no account required but you will need a credit card). Remember that you can amend or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance, and in case of emergency it may still be possible to reorganise your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, at my discretion.

  6. Confirmation Email

After successfully booking your massage appointment online, keep an eye on your email inbox. You’ll receive a confirmation email that contains all the important details of your appointment. If this is your first appointment, you will receive a consultation form which I ask be filled out ahead of your appointment. This gives a list of medical conditions that could affect your treatment, as some medical issues make massage unsafe, while others require medical permission before your treatment can go ahead.

Enjoy your appointment!

  • ★ ★ ★ ★ ★... I switched to Hannah and immediately it became clear that I should have been seeing her as a sports injury therapist from day one.
Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and continues to train for a range of qualifications.
My treatment is continuing but she has made an enormous difference in aiding my slow but steady recuperation.
